   WOW! These work! It's kind of funny... this was my first time trying a gummy designed to promote sleep, and I sort of forgot I took it until approx 40 minutes later I realized I just could not respond to a text message *haha* Yeah, I wouldn't use these nightly, but I will definitely use them for nights when I absolutely need to get to bed earlier, or am having trouble sleeping generally. I was a bit groggy in the morning, but not overly. I took an 8th and it was great =-)
