Effects of Peanut Butter Breath

The high with Peanut Butter Breath acts relatively fast and is long lasting. It starts off as a cerebral high that is quite uplifting and will wash over you with waves of euphoria. There is a tingling body high that spreads throughout your limbs shortly after as physical relaxation sets in. The strain is not exactly known to be a heavy hitter but has been reported to be slightly sedative, so taken in heavier doses you can definitely become couch-locked with Peanut Butter Breath! It is known, however, to induce a strong case of the munchies, so be sure to stock up on snacks when you’re using this strain! A side of chocolatey peanut butter cups, perhaps? This strain has become a popular go-to for medical users of marijuana as its long lasting sedative-like effects can be particularly useful for calming physical pains and nausea, though it is also beneficial in helping to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and PTSD.

THC Content

The Peanut Butter Breath strain’s potency has been reported to be as low as 15% THC though it tends to average at an impressive 28%. Its parent, Mendo breath F2 is an indica dominant hybrid dand averages at 20% THC. Its other parent, Do-Si-Dos, a cross between the infamous Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) and Face Off OG, is also an indica dominant hybrid with an amazing potency of 28%-30% THC on average. With these genetics, there is no wonder as to why Peanut Butter Breath has such strong effects!

Appearance & Aroma

Contrary to its name, the Peanut Butter Breath strain is vibrant in colour. The buds are somewhat elongated in shape, similar to grapes, and come in shades of olive green that are accented by an array of reddish orange pistils. They are covered in a generously thick and frosty layer of trichomes that are also accented by beautiful purple tints, making this delicious strain look like a luxurious treat. As a descendant of the famed dessert strain, Girl Scout Cookies, you kind of can consider it a luxury treat! The aromas of Peanut Butter Breath are of pine, earthy wood and herbal, but in terms of flavours there is also a sweet and creamy vanilla-like nuttiness that can be tasted upon exhale, all complemented by a nice undertone of kush!
