Orange Push Pop 

Bursting with delicious and nostalgic flavours of citrus and vanilla cream, this sweet treat called Orange Push Pop will bring you back to the old days of ice cream trucks and convenience store snack trips on sunny summer days! An indica hybrid made by crossing Orange Cookies and Triangle Kush, this phenotype of the popular craft strain was originally bred by professional growers at Pluto Craft Cannabis, who also brought us other fruity favourites including Gelato #33, Fruity Pebbles and Melonade! Despite being indica leaning, this strain is widely accredited for its well rounded and nicely balanced high, offering relaxing yet uplifting effects that is great for all day usage!

Effects

The Orange Push Pop high is recognized by many for its happy and uplifting effects, which pairs excellently with its relaxing body high! It tends to be more on the ild side, so isn’t overpowering or heavy and allows you to still go about your day without any impediments. This also makes it an ideal choice for usage throughout the day, or for little refresher here and there. Its upbeat nature can help treat depression or chronic stress, as well as bodily pains. While its relaxing and uplifting effects can help with anxiety as well, users prone to paranoia may want to be wary with dosage. The strain is also energizing, so can help alleviate and combat fatigue, and makes for a great wake and bake strain. Nothing beats a bit of ice cream in the morning!

THC Content

Orange Push Pop is an indica dominant strain, though is often considered a balanced indica/sativa hybrid as well due to its effects. Some phenotypes however have a higher indica concentration. Its THC levels range between 21% and 23% which is fairly potent, though many consider this strain to offer a mild high that isn’t too heavy or overpowering, so is recommended even for novice users. Its two parents are Orange Cookies and Triangle Kush. The former, Orange Cookies, a child of Orange Juice and Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) is also an indica dominant hybrid, with a dominance of 60% indica to 40% sativa and THC ranging between 12% to 18%. Its other parent, the popular Triangle Kush, is a stronger indica hybrid with a ratio of 85% indica to 15% sativa, with an average of 20% THC as well as 1% CBD. Some other variations of the strain cross California Orange and Blueberry.

Appearance & Aroma

Orange Push Pop buds are densely packed with a chunky, piecey look to it. It is mainly a mossy olive green colour, though has large patches of deeper green and purple hues, brightened only by its dark brass orange pistils and thick coating of crystal white trichomes. Named after the old school ice cream pops of the same name, the strain has a fresh orange citrus aroma that is further sweetened by vanilla creamsicle tones with the same delicious flavours to match! If you’re yearning for those old summer days and longing for a bit of nostalgia, reach for the Orange Push Pop, or pair it with some ice cream for double the dessert!

    Wasn’t overly impressed with this
    Very brownish and no super orange flavour as like other strains. Mimosa and mandarina way orangier.
