Bubba Kush is a notorious indica strain known for its heavy sedating effects. This strain is an old world cannabis strain that was likely to originate from mountainous areas. However, many believe that the plant originated in L.A. from the cross between OG Kush and a strain close to Northern Lights. Today, there are many clones of Bubba Kush but they all hold classic indica-like characteristics similar to the original.

Effects

Although Bubba Kush is not a pure indica and averages about 70-80% indica genetics, one should not be deceived. This strain is famous for its heavy tranquilizing effects and extreme relaxation effects on the body. The THC content averages around 20% nowadays but can be high as 29% and low as 15%. After the first toke, you first feel it in your head which slow spreads throughout the whole body. The muscles will relax and a sense of euphoria will take over the mind. Many users report the onset of hunger and sleepiness after the sedating effects. This strain is definitely an evening smoke with its heavy indica effects. We recommend activities that do not require much effort such as watching TV or Netflix as one will find it hard to get out of the couch.

This weed tasted like a true indica Kush to me. Anyone who yearns for that familiar kush flavour and distinct smell, well it is present in my opinion. If your hesitant on buying this oz special, don’t, its worth it. Nugs weren’t huge but still a nice size and dense, not overly dry either. Excellent bubba kush in my opinion.
