   WOW! These work! It's kind of funny... this was my first time trying a gummy designed to promote sleep, and I sort of forgot I took it until approx 40 minutes later I realized I just could not respond to a text message *haha* Yeah, I wouldn't use these nightly, but I will definitely use them for nights when I absolutely need to get to bed earlier, or am having trouble sleeping generally. I was a bit groggy in the morning, but not overly. I took an 8th and it was great =-)

   I have trouble falling asleep and I also often wake up several times throughout the night for no apparent. But every time I've eaten one of these, my sleeping problems have disappeared completely! I'll be buying more of these in the future
