    They taste great and are easy to split; my comfort level is around 30-50mg. Great tasting, as larger pieces usually are. My only major gripe, and why it lost a star, is my box came with 4 extra hazelnut ones and no caramels and I'm not crazy about hazelnut.

    Helped me sleep great though. I eat half a bomb shortly before going to bed and next thing I know I'm waking up the next morning. More dreams too. I swear I have great ones almost every night.
