Its other parent, Gelato #33 (itself a cross between other dessert strains, Sunset Sherbert and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies), is a bit lower at 22% potency on average, though both parent strains, two indica dominant hybrids in themselves, can pack quite a punch, which would explain the heavy sedated experience users can get from Ice Cream Cake.
The nugs of Ice Cream Cake are densely packed, and are a beautiful shade of light and dark forest greens with fiery copper-orange and speckled purple pistils–the strain is as tasty as it looks. I have to say that I enjoyed the high of the current Wedding Cake F4 more than this, but to each their own. This is clearly a top shelf flower grown with love and any craft cannabis smoker can enjoy. (Buy at least a quarter to ensure some solid sized buds.)
